How to use Cashtab Web Wallet?
Create/Import a Wallet
1. First go to the link — https://cashtabapp.com/ using your web browser (Desktop/Mobile)
2. Create Wallet: Click the “New Wallet” if you want to create a new wallet
- If you create a wallet, don’t forget to save your seed phrase. You can find seed phrase in the Wallet Setting
3. Import Wallet: if you have an existing wallet
- In importing wallet you need to paste your backup seed phrase
Navigate a Wallet
1. Wallet Tab: You can see your XEC and eToken address with a QR code. It also shows the Transaction history and Tokens in your wallet.
2. Tokens Tab: You can create your own token and also it shows all of your eTokens.
3. Send Tab: This is the form you can send your XEC to another wallet. You can send it by XEC or depends on the fiat currency you choose in the setting
4. Settings: It contains the seed phrase of your wallet, Manage wallets where you can create multiple wallets (it will show all in Saved Wallets below) and import your existing wallet and the Fiat Currency which you can use for your wallet.
Send eCash (XEC)
1. Go to the Send Tab and paste the XEC Address of the receiver and the amount of XEC. You can also scan the receiver’s QR code
- Send amount must be at least 5.5 XEC
2. Click send and a notification will pop up about your transaction.
- You can check the send transaction in the Wallet Tab (Transaction history). Click it will redirect to a new page for eCash Explorer
Receive/Deposit eCash (XEC)
1. Go to Wallet Tab and click your XEC address or the QR code. Give it to the sender.
2. The sender will send you XEC or you can send it yourself by creating a new wallet for testing
3. If the sender sent you the XEC, you will be notified and your account balance will be updated.
Add New Wallet and Import Wallet
1. Go to Settings Tab
- Click New Wallet if you want to create a new wallet
- Click Import Wallet and paste your seed phrase and click “Import”
2. You can view your new and import wallet in Saved Wallet below the “Import Wallet”.
Activate, Edit, and Delete Wallet
1. Go to Settings and Click the Saved Wallets
- Click Activate: Choose the wallet you want to activate as the main wallet
- Click Edit Button to rename the name of your wallet
- Click Delete Button to remove the wallet from the list. You need to type “delete <Name of your wallet>” to delete it.
eToken
Create Token
1. Go to Token Tab and click Create Token
2. Fill up the Fields and Click Create Token Button
3. You will receive a notification that you created your token
- You can check the transaction in the Wallet Tab (Transaction history). Click it will redirect to a new page for eCash Explorer
- You need at least 5.5 XEC to create a token
Send Token
1. Go to Token Tab and choose the token you want to send. Below you can view the information of the token.
2. Paste the eToken Address of the receiver and the amount of token. You can also scan the receiver’s QR code
- Send amount must be at least 5.5 XEC
3 Click send and a notification will pop up about your transaction.
- You can check the send transaction in the Wallet Tab (Transaction history). Click it will redirect to a new page for eCash Explorer
Receive Token (Same steps in Receiving XEC)
1. Go to Wallet Tab and click your eToken address or the QR code. Give it to the sender
2. The sender will send you a token or you can send it yourself by creating a new wallet for testing
3. If the sender sent you the token, you will be notified and your account balance will be updated.
